Welcome to CARe! Providing free disaster recovery help, information and guidance for over ten years.

We are currently providing insurance claim help through one-on-one appointments and group meetings. Our work extends throughout Southern California and in Lake Tahoe.

The areas we've been helping include Poway, Rancho Santa Fe, Escondido, Fallbrook, Ramona, Jamul and Dulzura. We're also assisting in Lake Arrowhead, Santa Clarita, Malibu and Santiago Canyon.

Court decisions may have an enormous effect in the insurance claims process for disaster survivors. Read the decision from the Everett v. State Farm, from the San Bernardino, California, 4th Appellate District, Division 2. Read plaintiff's insurance attorney, Brian Heffernan's argument to the California State Supreme Court to modify the decision to protect homeowners HERE.

Be aware that any successful recovery process takes time, and requires complete awareness of your actual damages and knowledge of ALL the benefits of your insurance policy(ies).

We have three ways we can assist you. Handouts and educational materials, meetings and lectures and one on one appointments.

Our pages are filled with helpful tips and web links. Have a look around.
