EARLY MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
On TuesdayJune 10 at 6:30 PM we will be hosting team members of the law firms taking on SDG&E lawsuit regarding the Rice and Witch Creek Fires. Jerry Ramsey of Engstrom, Lipscomb and Lack and Jeff Neer of Baker, Keener and Nahra there to answer your questions, including:
    - UPDATED LAWSUIT INFORMATION
    - CLARIFICATION of CLASS ISSUES
    - STAY IN or OPT OUT
    - WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TODAY

        Governors act on Lake Tahoe fire report, declare emergency status (w/video) - Wednesday, May 28, 2008

        Corral Fire suspects arraignment continued, case has new prosecutor - Wednesday, May 21, 2008
At the request of the prosecutor and defense attorneys, Van Nuys Superior Court Judge Michael K. Kellogg granted Corral Fire suspects Eric Matthew Ullman and Dean Allen Lavorante a continuance Friday morning on their arraignment hearing. The Culver City teens, whose arraignment has been postponed three times, will return to court on July 11.

        Mud and debris flow hits Canyons after freak thunderstorm - Friday, May 30, 2008
One home is red-tagged in Modjeska Canyon.
 
Mud and debris flows were the result of an unusual thunderstorm that hit the canyons last week. About 0.43 inches of rain fell in less than 20 minutes at the Modjeska Canyon measuring station, according to eyewitness accounts.
