The Insurance Information Institute has been created by the insurance industry “to improve public understanding of insurance -- what it does and how it works”

They have created online home inventory software to help you keep track of “your stuff” in case you need to file a claim. The software includes a lot of detail that you may or may not need, but might be especially helpful when replacing items and /or preparing for the next disaster.
