A ruling regarding the mental health of Old Fire suspect Rickie Lee Fowler did not occur Monday after one of two reports from experts had not yet been received in court.
Fowler, 28, appeared Monday before Judge Brian McCarville for a pre-disposition hearing in San Bernardino Superior Court. The court announced that only one of two ordered reports - one from a Patton psychologist - had been received, according to court records. The court is awaiting a report from a Riverside psychologist.
